Qualifications

Strong Japanese language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)

JLPT N1 / JNAT certification required (certificate must be provided)

Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)

No technical background required

Proficient in MS Windows PC

Highly trainable with strong learning capability

Professional work attitude: punctuality, accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to follow procedures

Willing to work, relocate, and stay long-term in Manila, Philippines

Open to applicants currently residing in the Philippines

Should not be a job hopper (less than 1 year per company)

Job Responsibilities

Update and maintain internal systems and tools following standard procedures

Execute transactions and data entry with accuracy and minimal supervision

Perform data verification and self-audits to ensure quality

Respond to information requests and escalate issues when needed

File, archive, and retrieve electronic and paper-based documents

Prepare standard correspondence using approved templates

Proofread and edit documents for grammar, syntax, and accuracy

Support research tasks by compiling and summarizing information

Assist in training or coordinating junior team members when required

Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects

Work towards becoming a subject matter expert in assigned processes

Properly document new learnings and process updates.
