WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We have two paths for joining our team:
* Path A: College Graduates – No BPO experience required! (Fresh grads are highly encouraged to apply).
* Path B: HS/SHS or College Undergrads – Must have at least 2.5 years of solid BPO experience.
THE ESSENTIALS
* Excellent English Communication Skills (Verbal and Written).
* Flexibility: Willing to work in a shifting schedule, including holidays when needed.
* Work Setup: 100% On-site role.
