Job Title: Junior Accountant
Work setup: Work From Home (WFH) | Must be based in Metro Manila
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (Dayshift)
Salary: 15K
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations. This is a work-from-home role with occasional client visits required for invoice handling and document submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, process, and monitor invoices, billing, and collections
Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in accounting systems
Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records
Coordinate with clients for invoice delivery, clarification, and follow-ups
Handle printing, organizing, and submission of invoices and supporting documents when required
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records (digital and physical)
Assist in audit preparation and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field
At least 6 months of relevant accounting experience
Must be residing within Metro Manila
Willing and able to travel for client visits when necessary
Comfortable handling printing and physical submission of invoices/documents
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
