- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the HR/Payroll landscape in the outsourced and SaaS markets in the Philippines.
- Possess a high-level understanding of HR/Payroll requirements and effectively communicate these to potential clients.
- Stay abreast of statutory compliances, government reporting requirements, and standard scope of work within the payroll domain.
- Analyze and understand the competition in the Philippines for HR/Payroll services, both outsourced and SaaS.
- Conduct market research to map HR/Payroll demand versus supply in key business districts across the country.
- Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to promote Allsec HR Payroll Services.
- Provide quantitative analysis of operational and business data to management to support decision-making processes.
- Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
