Job Title: Knowledge Management Lead
Work Location: BGC Taguig or Makati
Shift: Night Shift/ Shifting
Work Set-up: RTWO/ Hybrid
Salary range: 75- 130K Basic
Desired experience range: 5-8 years
Headcount: 1
Must-Have:
• 10-12 years of experience in defining, documenting, implementing and enforcing Knowledge Management process
• ITIL 4 Foundation or at-least ITIL V3 Foundation certificate
• Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in managing the Knowledge Articles
• Experience in identifying knowledge articles/ documents, categorizing them and ensuring latest and approved knowledge is available to the authorized stakeholders
• Experience in stakeholder management and onsite-offshore management
Good-to-Have
• Service Integration and Management experience
• ServiceNow or any other ITSM tool experience
Others:
• Should be amenable to working in Taguig or Makati
• Must not be a job hopper who only works for less than a year per company

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
• Define, document, implement and enforce the Knowledge Management process
• Ensure that the Knowledge Management process and tool are integrate with other processes.
• Conduct a periodical review of Standard Operating Procedures/Metrics/Reports and be responsible for process compliance and governance
• Generate reports and provide information to senior management

• Should have experience in Knowledge management in ServiceNow tool in Infrastructure projects in banking domain
