We are seeking a Lead Generation Team Lead to drive B2B lead generation, manage a high-performing team, and support business growth by promoting HR and Payroll solutions to companies across the Philippines. The ideal candidate has strong experience in lead generation, B2B sales, team leadership, and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage a team of lead generation specialists to achieve sales targets.
Generate qualified leads through outbound sales and marketing campaigns.
Convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities and appointments.
Promote HR and Payroll solutions to local companies in the Philippines.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to maximize business opportunities.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve productivity and results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Utilize MS Office and lead generation tools to track activities and manage sales pipelines.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve campaign performance and lead conversion.
Work Schedule
Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Work Set-up: Full Onsite – Taguig
Start Date: ASAP
