Hiring: Lead Generation Team Lead
Location: Taguig, Philippines
Work Setup: Onsite
Work Schedule: Day Shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM / 9:00 AM–6:00 PM)
Salary: PHP 30,000–35,000 (All-in, depending on experience)
Headcount: 3
Start Date: ASAP
Job Purpose:
Promote and offer HR and Payroll solutions to local companies in the Philippines.
Convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities.
Generate leads and appointments with prospective clients.
Drive sales growth through lead generation and referrals.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve lead generation targets.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing or Business Management preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation from sales and marketing campaigns.
At least 1 year of experience leading a team of 5 or more members.
Experience in B2B sales and marketing is an advantage.
Experience in telesales or cold calling is preferred.
Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and lead generation tools.
