HIRING: Lead Product Administrator – DigiKM 2



Ortigas Center, Pasig (ADB Office)

Hybrid (3x onsite/week) | Day Shift (8 AM – 5 PM)

Up to ₱165,000/month | 1 Headcount





About the Role:



The Lead Product Administrator supports IT product delivery under DigiKM 2. This role oversees planning, reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful and secure product implementation.





Key Responsibilities:





  • Support Product Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.




  • Manage stakeholder communication, documentation, and product adoption.




  • Monitor and report risks, issues, and changes to keep projects on track.




  • Prepare status reports, budget updates, and presentations for management.




  • Coordinate procurement, security compliance, and audit documentation.




  • Lead and mentor associate administrators on product delivery activities.







Qualifications:





  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.




  • 5+ years in Product or Project Management (IT software/infrastructure).




  • 3+ years experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.




  • Strong in planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.




  • Preferably with PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or CITPM certification.




  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.




  • Must not be a former or current TCS employee.




  • Not a job hopper (at least 1-year tenure per company).




  • Amenable to hybrid work setup in Ortigas, Pasig.
