Job Title: Lead Systems Analyst and Integration - 0567-1025
Shift: Day shift 8 am – 5 pm
Work set up: Hybrid 3x a week in BGC Taguig and Ortigas, Pasig
Salary range: 130,000 - 140,000
Required years of experience: 10 years
Start date: ASAP
About the Role:
Works with users and business analyst to define system requirements and analyze system problems. May be responsible for designing and testing standards and solutions. When possible, able to do technical work.
a. Must have good understanding of the Consultant Management System (CMS)
b. Works with the business analyst and CMS project team to develop application enhancements meeting the business requirements
c. Works with ITD project teams to design and implement all integration points with CMS
d. Documents information/data and/or process flows
e. Follows ADB integration principles
f. Defines application problem by conferring with clients, evaluating procedures and processes
g. Controls solution by establishing specifications and coordinating production with development team
h. Participates in formal and on-the-job training in systems analysis, programming and inter-personal skills provided
Scope of Work/Responsibilities:
Assigned Responsibilities:
• Work with the Team Lead, relevant business stakeholders, IT system owners, business analyst and business users in support of the operation and maintenance of CMS.
• Work with ITD Project Teams and Infrastructure/Middleware Team to discuss and implement integration requirements with CMS.
• Participate in requirements prioritization.
• Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents. Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly.
• Able to provide expertise on CMS and integrating systems and be able to provide impact analysis.
• Able to decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements and specified in an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by those must base their work on the requirements.
• Able to prepare test data and test developed programs against user requirements.
• Able to write requirements specifications when requested according to standard templates, using natural language simply, clearly, unambiguously, and concisely.
• Work closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
• Able to define quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other nonfunctional requirements.
Requirement and Qualification (Competencies, Education & Work Experience):
• Education Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting or related discipline
• Relevant Experience and Other Requirements:
o Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned above at the required level
o At least ten (10) years’ experience in a senior system analyst role, two (2) of which should be working with senior
users
o At least ten (10) years’ experience in Procurement or Financial-related applications
o At least five (5) years’ experience in implementing integrations between systems
o Must have extensive experience using Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Project) for professional
documentation
o Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English
o Familiarity with Oracle relational databases and multi-tiered application concepts
o Familiarity with different integration techniques
o Extensive knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and utilization in system development projects
o Well-developed knowledge and understanding of relevant business administration, operational policies relevant
work program and concepts, procedures and practices
o Proven ability to conduct independent research by analyzing relationships among several parts of a problem or
situation; breaking down a complex task into manageable parts in a systematic way, recognizing several likely
causes of events, or several consequences of actions and generally anticipate obstacles and thinks ahead about next steps
