*Salary:* Up to PHP 23K (Non-Nursing) / Up to PHP 34K (Nursing Grads)

*Setup:* Onsite - Shifting Schedule - Full-time

EXL Cebu is urgently hiring for Life Insurance / Healthcare Account! Excellent package for SHS Grads, Nursing Grads, and Medical Allied backgrounds! Nursing grads can earn up to PHP 34K Package!

*Compensation & Benefits:*

- Up to PHP 23K Package (Non-Nursing) / Up to PHP 34K Package (Nursing)

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Provide support for Life Insurance / Healthcare account

- Handle customer inquiries professionally

- Assist with insurance and healthcare-related concerns

- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high CSAT

*Qualifications:*

*Non-Nursing - Up to 23K:*

- SHS Graduate or completed 2 years in college / 72 units

- At least 1 year BPO Voice experience required

*Nursing - Up to 34K:*

- BS Nursing - At least 3rd year undergrad or Graduate

- With or without BPO experience - Fresh grads / Fresh graduates welcome!

*Medical Allied - Competitive Package:*

- Any Medical Allied course - At least 3rd year undergrad or Graduate

- At least 6 months BPO Voice experience required

*General Requirements:*

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City - 100% WFO

- Amenable to shifting schedule

- Can start ASAP - Immediate joiners preferred
