Location: MOA, Pasay

Salary: PHP 31K basic

Work Onsite

Graduate in any stream, At least 1 year of relevant working experience in BPO / ITES industry, preferably in Quality/Compliance role.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing and reporting compliance for a business vertical for requirements arising out of: Client Contracts, 3rd Party Certifications, Statutory and Regulatory requirements, SOX Compliance and other management driven requirements through internal policies

Skills.

- Responsible for coordinating the Internal, External & Client Driven Audits and preparation thereof.

- Manage the Documentation and Control requirements for all Level 3 documentation for the vertical.

- Conduct awareness trainings on Emergency Procedures, IS and basic EXLMS Compliance.

Technical Skills

• Fairly good knowledge of MS Office Tools (Word, Power Point, Excel, Visio, and MS Project)

• Basic Internet / Email usage

Process Specific Skills

• Knowledge of Quality Management methodologies

Soft skills (Desired)

• Good knowledge of Compliance/certification related standards like SSAE18, SOX, ISO 9001, ISO 27001 etc

• Attention to detail

• Commitment and drive for results

• Good interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle pressure

Soft Skills (Minimum)

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Customer Service Focus - Ability to clearly understand the problem of customer and empathize with him/her.

• Strong networking capability and interpersonal skills

• Strong Quantitative / Numerical Aptitude

• Persistence and result oriented person
