Job Title: Medicare Grievance Specialist (Open to Pharma Technicians & Allied Medical Graduates)
Shift: Night shift (US hours)
Work Setup: 100% On-site in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
Salary Package: Up to ₱40,000 (inclusive of night differential)
Target Start Date: December 16, 2025 (urgent hiring)
We are urgently seeking compassionate, detail-oriented professionals to join a growing Medicare Part D support team that handles member grievances for a major US healthcare program.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve Medicare Part D grievances related to drug coverage, claims denials, and pharmacy issues
Act as the liaison between members, providers, and pharmacies
Ensure all cases are resolved and documented within strict CMS regulatory timelines
Maintain strict compliance with CMS guidelines and HIPAA
Accurately document all interactions and prepare compliance reports
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and improve processes
Qualifications:
Graduate of any Medical Allied Health course (licensed or non-licensed)
At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare contact centre setting (e.g., pharmacy technician, claims processing, provider services, customer support in healthcare/BPO)
Experience in handling grievances or healthcare-related escalations is a strong advantage
Solid understanding of HIPAA and US healthcare regulations
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong problem-solving, empathy, and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Willing to work night shifts, US holidays, and fixed weekends off
