Medicare Grievance Specialist (Pharma Technicians)



Job Title: Medicare Grievance Specialist (Pharma Technicians)

Shift: Night shift

Work Set-up: On-site in Bridgetowne, Quezon City

Salary range: 40K package

Target Start Date: December 16, 2025



 



Role Overview



Investigate and resolve Medicare Part D grievances involving drug coverage, claims, and pharmacy issues within CMS timelines. Act as liaison between members, providers, and pharmacies while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and documenting all interactions accurately.



Required Qualifications



Education & Experience




  • Medical Allied Health graduate (licensed or non-licensed)

  • Minimum 1 year healthcare contact center experience (pharmacy technician, claims processor, provider services)

  • Grievance handling or healthcare customer support background

  • Pharmacovigilance/drug safety review experience preferred



Essential Skills




  • Microsoft Office proficiency

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making

  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)

  • High empathy, patience, and active listening

  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities

  • Attention to detail and accuracy



Requirements




  • HIPAA and healthcare regulations knowledge

  • Flexible for US hours and holidays

  • Not current/former Concentrix employee
