Our client is looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join their growing team and help design, build, and optimize CRM solutions that improve customer engagement and streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, you will:
Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
Configure CRM applications based on business requirements
Integrate CRM systems with external platforms and applications
Provide technical support and troubleshoot CRM issues
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define scope
Stay updated with the latest CRM tools, features, and best practices
Contribute to solution design and participate in technical discussions
Develop and implement CRM customizations and configurations
Support end-to-end CRM application lifecycle (design to deployment)
Ensure system performance, stability, and scalability
Deliver solutions aligned with business process requirements
Work independently while contributing as an SME in discussions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Strong understanding of CRM development principles
Experience in CRM customization and configuration
Knowledge of system integration and APIs
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Familiarity with .NET development and SQL Server
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments
Exposure to continuous improvement and automation initiatives
