Job Title: Mid SharePoint Developer

Category: Software Development / Engineering

Location: Taguig City

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)

Salary: Up to PHP 60,000

Work Schedule: EMEA / Mid-shift

Experience Required: 3+ years

Position Overview:

As a SharePoint Developer, you will design, develop, implement, and maintain applications while collaborating directly with solution owners, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. You will champion innovation, drive continuous improvement, and provide leadership in a structured, process-oriented environment.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver application activities following best practices (incidents, change requests, environmental updates).

Ensure application availability and provide production support.

Gather requirements, provide accurate estimates, test, and deploy solutions across environments.

Develop and maintain system documentation.

Adhere to the European time zone and public holidays.

Communicate effectively with onshore stakeholders.

Maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

4+ years of development experience on the Microsoft .NET Platform (application development and maintenance).

Hands-on experience with .NET 3.5 Framework.

SharePoint 2016/2019 server-side customisations: Custom Web Parts, SharePoint Object Model (SOM), Custom list definitions and instances.

At least familiarity with SQL (querying, stored procedures, tables).

2+ years implementing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) strategies.

Experience in SharePoint setup and administration.

Stable employment history (no stays under 1 year per role).

Required Technical Skills:

Client-side: JSOM, SharePoint REST, CSR, Custom Workflows (SharePoint Designer 2010/2013), HTML, CSS, jQuery, vanilla JavaScript.

Server-side (SharePoint 2016/2019): Custom Web Parts, SOM, Custom list definitions/instances.

ALM tools: Visual Studio, VS Code, Azure DevOps, SQL Management Studio, GitHub.

Agile methodologies (promotion/deployment of fixes and releases).

Web services/APIs (XML/JSON).

Navigation, styling, and theming in SharePoint.

Diagram tools: Miro or Visio.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication (oral/written), client-facing.

Strong prioritisation, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Experience in mature environments (change management, incident ticketing, disaster recovery).
