Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Japanese-speaking Level 1 (L1) Service Desk Analyst to join our growing team.
This role is responsible for providing high-quality customer service and technical support to users via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and has a solid foundation in IT service desk or technical support operations.
Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 technical and customer support via phone, email, and chat

Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to Windows, Microsoft 365, and end-user systems

Accurately log, track, and document incidents and service requests
-
Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams when necessary
-
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting service level agreements (SLAs)
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Fluent in Japanese and English (speaking, reading, and writing)

Experience in Service Desk, Help Desk, or Technical Support roles
-
Native Japanese speakers with Permanent Resident Visa (PRV) in the Philippines (no working visa required),
-
Non-native Japanese speakers who are permanently residing in the Philippines

Strong customer service and communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Basic to intermediate knowledge of:

Windows OS

Microsoft 365 (M365)

IT Service Desk / End-User Support processes
