Job Title: Multilingual Service Desk Analyst ( Japanese)



Category: Service Desk / End User Services

Location: One World Square, McKinley Hill, Taguig City

Work Setup: Onsite

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: PHP 90,000 – 100,000

 



Position Overview



We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Japanese-speaking Level 1 (L1) Service Desk Analyst to join our growing team.



This role is responsible for providing high-quality customer service and technical support to users via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and has a solid foundation in IT service desk or technical support operations.



Key Responsibilities





  • Provide Level 1 technical and customer support via phone, email, and chat




  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to Windows, Microsoft 365, and end-user systems




  • Accurately log, track, and document incidents and service requests




  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams when necessary




  • Deliver excellent customer service while meeting service level agreements (SLAs)





Qualifications & Requirements





  • Fluent in Japanese and English (speaking, reading, and writing)




  • Experience in Service Desk, Help Desk, or Technical Support roles




  • Native Japanese speakers with Permanent Resident Visa (PRV) in the Philippines (no working visa required), 




  • Non-native Japanese speakers who are permanently residing in the Philippines




  • Strong customer service and communication skills




  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities




  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of:





    • Windows OS




    • Microsoft 365 (M365)




    • IT Service Desk / End-User Support processes
