Job Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist customers with billing, account concerns, product and service information, and technical inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of customer interactions. • Meet quality, productivity, and attendance targets.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and data privacy standards.
Qualifications:
High School or Senior High School graduate
College graduates are welcome to apply
Good to excellent English communication skills
Basic computer navigation skills
Customer service or BPO experience (with at least 6 month)
Willing to work onsite
