Position: Financial Customer Service Representative
We are seeking driven and detail-oriented professionals to join our dynamic financial team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, manage financial inquiries, and support global clients with their account needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or a Senior High School Graduate.
Experience: Minimum of six (6) months of continuous Customer Center Experience (CCE).
Skills: Strong communication skills, basic financial literacy, and proficiency in navigating computer systems.
