Qualifications: • College graduates (with or without BPO experience) are welcome to apply. • Candidates who have completed at least 2 years in college (minimum of 72 units) must have at least 6 months of any work experience. • Excellent customer service orientation. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in MS Office and internet browsing. • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays. • Must be willing to work onsite.

Salary & Benefits: • ₱15,000 Basic Salary • ₱1,000 Flex Fund Allowance (upon hire) • ₱2,000 Account Premium Allowance (upon hire) • 20% Night Differential • HMO coverage starting Day 1 • HMO for 1 dependent upon regularization
