### **About the Role**
We are looking for an experienced, high-caliber **Operations Manager (Senior Manager Level)** to lead and oversee our Content Moderation team. The ideal candidate brings a robust background in Trust & Safety, policy enforcement, and digital advertising workflows within a fast-paced BPO environment to drive team performance and safeguard service quality.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Operational Leadership:** Lead, coach, and manage a team of content moderation specialists and leaders to consistently hit operational KPIs, SLAs, and throughput goals.
* **Policy & Quality Enforcement:** Ensure strict team adherence to Trust and Safety policies, advertising standards, and quality guidelines. Manage critical escalation paths efficiently.
* **Data & Performance Insights:** Monitor performance metrics, implement targeted operational improvement plans, and present detailed data-driven insights to senior leadership.
* **Cross-Functional Alignment:** Partner with training, quality assurance, and product teams to optimize content moderation workflows and update evaluation rubrics based on policy shifts.
### **Qualifications**
* **Management Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of proven experience operating at a Manager level within a high-volume BPO environment (Required).
* **Domain Expertise:** Strong, demonstrable background in Trust and Safety, Content Moderation, or policy-based Ad Review workflows (Required).
* **Ad Tech & Digital Marketing Knowledge:** Solid understanding of core digital advertising concepts (CPC, CPM, targeting, campaign setup, account configuration) and ad-related billing/invoicing workflows.
* **Tooling Proficiency:** Experience navigating enterprise CRM and ticketing environments such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, or Freshdesk.
* **Availability:** Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to start immediately.
