Job Description: PHRN (Philippine Registered Nurse)
Location: QC Bridgetowne
30k flex Allowance
20% Night Difference
13th and 14th month pay
Requirements:
- Free relocation Assistance
- Registered Nurse with active PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) license in the Philippines.
- Minimum of one year clinical work experience.
- Willing and able to work onsite at QC Bridgetowne.
- No BPO experience required.
- Non-voice process.
Responsibilities:
- Provide healthcare assistance and support in a non-clinical setting.
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns through non-voice channels.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of patient interactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding patient confidentiality and data security.

- Active and unrestricted PRC license.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be fully vaccinated
