.Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect with deep industry (Resources, Products, or CMT) and functional expertise (Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, etc.). The role combines pre-sales solutioning, client advisory, and delivery of complex SAP transformation programs, ensuring business impact and operational excellence for global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead pre-sales activities, including proposals, RFP responses, and client advisory on S/4HANA transformations.
Design, execute, and manage SAP transformation engagements, ensuring alignment with client requirements and program goals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships across all levels of business participants.
Drive business development by identifying opportunities, providing innovative solutions, and leveraging Accenture assets.
Develop thought leadership, POVs, and assets that showcase Accenture’s SAP capabilities.
Oversee project execution, resource allocation, scope control, and profitable delivery.
Requirements:
10+ years of client-facing SAP delivery experience in consulting, preferably in Resources, Products, or CMT industries.
Proven expertise leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation programs.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; cross-cultural competence.
Ability to travel on short notice and relocate if required.
Must be eligible to live and work in the Philippines.
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in pre-sales solutioning and building client narratives.
Capable of managing complex SAP transformation projects end-to-end.
Strategic thinker with industry and functional knowledge to advise senior client leadership.
