JOB TITLE: Platforms Consulting Senior Manager - Subject Matter Expert
Years of Experience: 10+ years
WORK SET UP: Onsite in Taguig (Official set-up depends with the client)
WORK SHIFT: Depends with the client and project but they are looking for someone who can work on a day-shift schedule
(Salary is confidential the final salary offer will depends to the client and project they will be assigned)

Summary: Looking for candidates having In-depth SAP S/4 HANA platform experience across functions (Supply Chain & Operations, Finance) with expertise in one or multiple industries under Resources, Products, or CMT. Candidate must have pre-sales experience in SAP with solutioning, working on RFPs and building the narrative on proposals. Candidate must have proven client facing skills who can set the client discussion narratives with all levels of client business participants. From delivery perspective - candidate must have experience of executing and managing complex SAP transformation

Industry and Function Expertise:
• Demonstrate industry focus through deep knowledge and expertise in one or more related industries. We serve clients in multiple industry sectors like Resources (Energy/Utilities/Chemicals), Manufacturing (Automotive/Life Science/Consumer Goods/Retail/High-Tech/Software/Semi-Conductors) etc.
• Possess deep functional expertise that helps you have technology-agnostic business process conversations with senior client leadership. We are looking for expertise across all functions: Planning, Sales, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance and Controlling.

Solution Architecture Leadership:
• Help clients realize value from transformation initiatives by understanding challenges, gleaning opportunities for improvements, identifying how SAP capabilities deliver value to business.
• With a deep understanding of client context, opportunity context, industry context and business challenges, bring industry-focused functional process and SAP expertise to support solution architects and sales teams in proposing solution approaches that resonates with the c

Networking and Business Development
• Create and manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholder

Developing Thought Leadership and Assets
• Support/develop cutting edge Point of View (POV)/articles on bringing differentiation, Innovation to SAP led transformations.
• Design and build assets that distinguish Accenture capabilities to drive additional business in SAP S/4 HANA

• Possesses deep knowledge and work experience in industry functional processes to be able to serve in an advisory capacity.
• Knowledge of industry business trends, technology trends and how specifically how SAP is leveraged in shaping the future ways of working for our clients.
• Knowledgeable about the capabilities and roadmap for SAP solutions.
• Owns and writes proposal response sections, bring client references, credentials, certifications.
• Demonstrate a forward-looking approach through negotiation and identifying ways to resolve challenges and roadblocks.
• Impeccable team management skills with an ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver client delight.
• Strong analytical and writing skills to build viewpoints on industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent power point slide creation and presentation skills.

• Ability to travel on a short notice.
• For Finance, CPA and MBA designations is a plus.
• Experience in industry-specific standard functions of SAP is a plus.

Your experience counts
• 10+ years combined in-depth experience for one or more workstreams in SAP (e.g. OTC, PTP, MFG, FIN), with strong consultancy background
• Participated in several client RFPs, solution proposals, and oral presentations as functional subject-matter expert.
• 5+ end-to-end SAP transformation engagements for one or more workstreams driving client workshops, blueprinting and design.
• Open to cross-country relocation.
