We are seeking a Portfolio Analyst with strong experience in IT Portfolio Management, Project Governance, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Power BI to support portfolio governance, performance management, and strategic reporting across IT initiatives. The ideal candidate has a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights for stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

Support portfolio governance, planning, and performance management across IT initiatives.
Assist in prioritizing projects based on strategic alignment, business value, and resource capacity.
Coordinate portfolio reviews, governance meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
Analyze portfolio, delivery, financial, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps.
Build, maintain, and validate datasets using Azure DevOps (ADO), Power BI, and other reporting tools.
Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports to monitor portfolio health and delivery performance.
Perform data quality checks and ensure reporting accuracy across multiple systems.
Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Product Leaders, Epic Owners, and EPMO teams to improve portfolio visibility and reporting standards.
Provide guidance on data standards, reporting best practices, and portfolio analytics.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting, governance, and portfolio management processes.

Work Schedule

Shift: Night Shift
Work Set-up: Hybrid (2 Days WFH, 3 Days Onsite) – Eton Centris, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City
Start Date: TBD

Eligibility Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Portfolio Management, Project Governance, or Data Analytics.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Power BI, including dashboards, data modeling, and reporting.
Proven ability to analyze large datasets and deliver actionable business insights.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with SQL, Advanced Excel, financial or capacity reporting, and executive reporting is an advantage.
