Job Title: Process Excellence Lead

Industry: Healthcare

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Work Shift: Night Shift

Location: Cebu IT Park, Cebu City

Salary: Up to PHP 68,000 (open to negotiation based on experience)

Start Date: To be discussed

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Process Excellence Lead to drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives in a dynamic healthcare environment. The successful candidate will lead process optimization efforts using proven methodologies and will have the opportunity to be trained and certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt (fully sponsored).

Key Responsibilities

Drive process improvements and transformation using Lean Six Sigma, automation, analytics, and other methodologies.

Monitor operations, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Manage seamless transitions by addressing critical items related to quality and performance.

Lead ideation sessions and execute small- to large-scale improvement projects.

Guide and mentor a team of Black Belts.

Requirements

At least 2 years of college education (college graduate preferred).

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (mandatory).

5–7 years of relevant experience in process excellence/improvement.

Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification from a reputable body.

Strong knowledge of Six Sigma methodology and process improvement.

Experience in transition management (metric definition, SLA standardization, issue tracking, and reporting).

Proficiency in Excel and Minitab.

Knowledge of process automation identification, assessment, and program management.

Exposure to data analytics is an advantage.

Healthcare domain experience (payer, provider, benefit configuration, etc.) is preferred but not required—candidates from manufacturing, engineering, or other industries are welcome.
