Role: Process Manager

Process: Service Center


Education: Bachelors

Years of Experience: 10 to 15 years

Location: Mumbai



Experience required:

1) Should have Minimum work experience of 10 years dealing with End customers as customer service

2) Should have understanding of HR functions like Employee data management 

3) Should have ability to fluently speak and write in English language - Interacting with native English speaking employees of a client

4) Should be willing to work in night shifts

5) Should have team management capability

6) Should have client handling experience as a process manager



Skills:

1) Excellent Communication, Customer Sevice and Empathy Skills

2) Experience in MS Outlook, in MS Excel, 

3) Exposure to HR tools / Call center (phone, emails and chats) structure  



Ex TCS employees cannot apply

PAN and DOB is required for profile creation
