A leading BPO in Cebu is looking for a Project Manager to join their team.

Job title: Project Manager

Work set-up: Night and shifting schedule, onsite

Location: Cebu

Salary range: Open

Experience: 5-10 years of relevant managerial experience

The Project Manager will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end project management activities to achieve Global Payroll Organization’s program goals. This role is a critical component in the company's drive towards Superior Execution and standardization within payroll. This role should be able to demonstrate creativity and flexibility when creating and driving project plans and estimates, scope and requirements from implementation to deployment; proactively manage and report on execution of deliverables; and master communications across multiple stakeholders aligning priorities and direction.

Must have:

Bachelor’s Degree

10+ years’ experience in Project Management and Performance Excellence

Solid Program Management skills

Strong organizational skills

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Client Relationship Management

Strategic thinking (Ops strategy, strategic planning, etc.) & execution

Strong oral and written English communication skills

Good to have:

Operational Excellence or Operational Improvement roles.

Strong oral and written English communication skills

Experience working within the company.

Experience working in a global, virtual environment across time zones

Knowledge of Japanese

Project Management Professional or similar certifications
