Are you an experienced QA Lead with expertise in TOSCA and Oracle Fusion HCM? Join a global team where you'll drive quality assurance strategies, lead testing initiatives, and ensure the successful delivery of enterprise healthcare solutions—all while working remotely.

What You'll Do

As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for driving the overall testing strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality enterprise applications.

Your responsibilities include:

Lead end-to-end QA activities across multiple projects and releases.
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, integration, and non-functional testing.
Plan testing activities, estimate effort, and manage QA timelines.
Drive risk-based testing and prioritize testing efforts effectively.
Establish QA standards, testing frameworks, playbooks, and best practices.
Define and monitor QA metrics such as test coverage, defect leakage, and testing cycle time.
Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, developers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
Mentor and guide QA team members while promoting continuous improvement.
Ensure testing deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
Minimum of 5 years of QA experience, including experience in a QA Lead role.
Hands-on experience using Tricentis TOSCA for test automation.
Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM (Mandatory).
Experience working on Healthcare projects or applications.
Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Stable employment history (not a job hopper).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Fusion Finance and Supply Chain modules.
Knowledge of Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS) is an advantage.
Experience working with enterprise-level ERP implementations.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.

Important Requirements

Applicants must not be current or former employees of Wipro.
Filipino candidates are highly preferred.
Must be available to start as soon as possible.
