Job title: Quality Analyst
Account: Travel Sales
Type of Support: Voice
Work set up: 100% Onsite at Tech Tower, Cebu Business Park
Work shift: Shifting
Salary: up to 34K package (open for salary negotiation)
Start date: ASAP
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate/College Graduate, at least 2nd year completed
• At least 2 to 4 years of overall experience
• Should have at least 1 to 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in providing quality monitoring feedback in a call centre/BPO - sales domain. This is mandated.
• Good communication skills
• Open for local or Filipino applicants only
• Not a job hopper
Recruitment Process:
• Validation and screening interview with CV Reviewer
• Initial Interview: HRI (Human Resource Interview with the client)
• Ops Interview: MS Teams
