Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course (required).
5–7 years progressive experience in a contact center environment.
Minimum 12 months’ experience in the Healthcare industry.
3–4 years in a leadership role overseeing Quality Assurance and/or Training.
Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing quality/training programs.
Strong experience with contact center technologies (CRM, ACD, WFM, Quality Monitoring, LMS).
Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu IT Park.
Should have no active application with the client.
