We are hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst with experience in Healthcare BPO to monitor and evaluate customer interactions, ensure compliance with quality standards, and support continuous performance improvement.  

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound customer interactions, including calls, emails, and chat.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare quality standards, client requirements, and internal policies.

  • Document quality findings, performance metrics, and audit results for reporting.

  • Provide actionable feedback and coaching to improve agent performance and service quality.

  • Analyze quality trends and recommend process improvements.

  • Support training initiatives by identifying learning opportunities and sharing best practices.

  • Collaborate with Operations and Training teams to maintain high-quality service delivery.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Schedule

  • Shift: Night Shift (Following EST)

  • Work Set-up: Onsite – Vertis North, Quezon City

  • Start Date: July 13, 2026

Eligibility Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of Healthcare Quality Assurance experience.

  • Experience in a Healthcare BPO environment is preferred.

  • College graduate preferred; undergraduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

  • Strong analytical, coaching, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and follow established quality frameworks.

  • Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City on an EST schedule.

  • Must be available to start on July 13, 2026.
