We are hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst with experience in Healthcare BPO to monitor and evaluate customer interactions, ensure compliance with quality standards, and support continuous performance improvement.
Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound customer interactions, including calls, emails, and chat.
Ensure compliance with healthcare quality standards, client requirements, and internal policies.
Document quality findings, performance metrics, and audit results for reporting.
Provide actionable feedback and coaching to improve agent performance and service quality.
Analyze quality trends and recommend process improvements.
Support training initiatives by identifying learning opportunities and sharing best practices.
Collaborate with Operations and Training teams to maintain high-quality service delivery.
Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Work Schedule
Shift: Night Shift (Following EST)
Work Set-up: Onsite – Vertis North, Quezon City
Start Date: July 13, 2026
Eligibility Requirements:
At least 1 year of Healthcare Quality Assurance experience.
Experience in a Healthcare BPO environment is preferred.
College graduate preferred; undergraduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Strong analytical, coaching, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and follow established quality frameworks.
Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City on an EST schedule.
Must be available to start on July 13, 2026.
