Qualifications:
Must have a Helpdesk-type background (hardware and software troubleshooting experience)
Familiar with operating systems troubleshooting.
Microsoft product knowledge is required
Should have experience supporting a BPO environment (Required)
Minimum of 6 months in QA or related experience(required)
Must be an IT graduate or undergraduate with at least 2 years in college experience(required)
