Quality Team Lead
Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Salary Range: ₱45,000 - ₱50,000 (depending on experience)
Work Setup: 100% On-site
Schedule: Shifting (must be fully amenable to any shift, including mid/graveyard)
Target Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
We are urgently looking for an experienced Quality Team Lead to join a high-volume BPO Sales account.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the quality assurance team
Drive continuous process improvement and standardisation using quality tools
Monitor and ensure full compliance with process and client requirements
Track critical-to-quality (CTQ) parameters and ensure SLA targets are consistently met or exceeded
Plan resource utilisation and align team efforts with process goals
Implement best practices and lead quality initiatives
Contribute to short-term and long-term process planning and growth strategies
Analyse data, create reports, and present actionable insights to stakeholders
Requirements:
Must have solid transactional quality experience in a BPO environment
Must have hands-on experience handling or supporting a BPO Sales account
At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Quality Team Lead or equivalent
Proven people management and leadership skills
Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with quality tools (e.g., FMEA, Control Charts, Pareto, Fishbone, etc.)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
Outstanding verbal and written English communication
Must be willing to work fully onsite and on shifting schedules
Can start immediately
Stable employment history (no job-hopping within the last year; recent and updated experience only)
