Location: Alabang & Makati

Reports Analyst (Advance Excel)

Description / Requirements

Exp: 2 yrs

Location: Glorietta, Makati and Alabang Town Center, Muntinlupa

Salary Budget: PHP 40,000 basic + 2,000 NT Allowance + 5,000 Position Allowance

Work Set Up: Temporary WAH

Night Shifts

Must Have: WFM Experience, Creation of templates and dashboards, exp.

Tools Required: Power Query, Pivot

Tools Preferred: Advanced Excel, VBA, Database, WFM Tools

Reports Analyst (Advance MS Excel)

SUMMARY

The Workforce Reports Analyst I is responsible for the development of and produce daily, weekly and monthly reporting for a specified account(s). She/he will be responsible for pulling data from multiple systems, cleaning and consolidating data, and preparing reports for use by the account management team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and automate various account level reports for standard operating procedures.

• Analyze and validate data to make recommendations to improve performance.

• Extract, combine and analyze data from multiple data sources.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years of experience using Excel with extensive knowledge of power pivot, power query, formulas, charting, Macro, VBA.

• Must have worked in BPO Operations

• Experience with various call center data sources (Quality, Work Force Management etc)
