Salary: PHP 20,000 - 25,000 Package + Benefits

About the Role:

ResultsCX Cebu City is hiring for Telco Voice CSR! Earn up to 25K package + HMO. Virtual hiring process - apply from home! Must have at least 6 months BPO voice experience.

Salary Breakdown:

- PHP 20,000 Package - for 6 to 23 months BPO voice experience

- PHP 25,000 Package - for 24 months and above BPO voice experience

What You'll Do:

- Handle telco customer inquiries via voice channel

- Provide troubleshooting, billing and account support

- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

- Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality scores

- Meet and exceed KPIs and performance targets

Requirements:

- At least HS Graduate (Old curriculum) or SHS Graduate (New curriculum)

- Minimum 6 months BPO voice experience is required

- Strong English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

- Can work on shifting schedule and start ASAP
