We have an urgent hiring for a Sales Coach for our BPO Partner in Cebu City.

Job title: Sales Coach

Account: Travel Sales

Type of Support: Voice

Work set up: 100% Onsite in 18th floor, Central Bloc, Cebu IT Park

Work shift: Shifting

Salary: Open budget

Start date: July 16

Headcount: 1

Qualifications:

Must be a College graduate

Minimum 1 year experience in coaching or leading a sales team (preferably in call center environment

Strong understanding on handling objections

Can negotiate

Process knowledge in Sales CRM, QA Tools, and Excel Dashboards

Amenable to start on July 16th and onsite in Cebu City

Recruitment Process: (Virtual/online process)

Initial Interview: HRI (Human Resource Interview)

Operations Interview: MS Teams
