Job Description:

• Do one-on-one coaching with agents with focus on closing techniques, objection handling, and script adherence

• Align with Sales Manager and Team Leads in aligning the coaching priorities with business objectives

• Ensure compliance with client-approved scripts, legal disclosures, and quality standards

• Analyze Daily and Weekly performance reports

Qualifications:

• Must be a College Graduate

• Minimum 1 year experience in coaching or leading a sales team in a BPO or call center environment

• Sales closure experience is required

• Experience in handling KPIs related to sales quota for any products

• strong understanding of handling objections

• can negotiate

• process knowledge in Sales CRM, QA Tools, and Excel Dashboards

• Amenable to start immediately and onsite in Cebu City

• Should not be a former or current employee of the client
