Are you an experienced customer service professional looking for your next career opportunity? We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Travel Account. If you have experience handling insurance or billing concerns and enjoy helping customers, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you will assist customers with travel-related inquiries, billing concerns, and insurance-related requests. You will provide accurate information, resolve customer issues, and deliver excellent service with every interaction.
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Assist customers with travel-related concerns, billing questions, and insurance inquiries.
Provide accurate information about services, policies, and account details.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Document customer interactions accurately using company systems.
Follow company policies and quality standards during every customer interaction.
Work closely with your team to achieve performance and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
At least 12 months of Insurance or Billing experience is required.
Good English communication skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and the ability to navigate multiple applications.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed.
