Responsibilities:

Understand business objectives and design research approach to discover prospective customers’ profile.

Collect data on prospective customers and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.

Verify data quality based on accuracy, completeness, consistency, and validity.

Compile and analyze data using modern and traditional methods to collect it.

Interpret data, formulate reports, and make recommendations.

Profile data based on business requirements – understand data structure, content and interrelationships, and collect informative data summaries.

Use online prospecting tools, systems, and databases.

Remain fully informed on market and research trends and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven research and data analysis experience

Strong data management and data processing skills

Strong knowledge of data collection methods

Excellent ability to interpret large amounts of data.

Working knowledge of data warehousing, modelling, and mining

Working knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS or similar) and databases

Familiarity with prospecting and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

Search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen

Financial domain knowledge (Equities, Capital Markets)

Strong analytical and critical thinking

Highly organized and meticulous

Degree in Information Science, Statistics, Marketing, or related fields
