Job Title: SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Lead

8+ years SAP experience specializing in Order-to-Cash (OTC)

Expertise in ECC and SAP S/4HANA (support & enhancements)

Strong in Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing

Integration knowledge with SAP FICO, MM, and related modules

Not a current/former CGI employee
-
No job hopping (must have 1+ year per role)
Role Overview
Lead and support the client’s SAP OTC processes, ensuring system stability, process optimization, and seamless integration with other SAP modules. Act as the main functional lead for day-to-day support, issue resolution, and enhancements in a global SAP environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and resolve OTC-related incidents, requests, and enhancements

Lead areas: Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Logistics, Credit Management

Coordinate cross-functional work with FI/CO, MM, PS, and Technical teams

Drive process improvements and automation initiatives

Prepare functional documents, impact assessments, and test scripts

Mentor team members and maintain client relationships
Qualifications
-
8+ years SAP OTC experience
-
Proficient in ECC and S/4HANA
-
Strong analytical, client-facing, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of ITIL processes

Willing to work hybrid (Taguig) on mid-shift schedule
Skills: SAP OTC, SAP R/3, SAP SCM
