JOB TITLE: SAP S/4 HANA Finance Consultant
WORK SET UP: Hybrid in Taguig, Mandaluyong, Muntinlupa, Quezon City

WORK SHIFT: Depends on the client and project, but they are looking for someone who can work on a shifting schedule.

The Work:

As a S/4HANA Finance Consultant, you will be part of our team of experts responsible for creating a detailed blueprint for the development requirements of S/4HANA, and for providing business and functional support around SAP modules, particularly for ECC Migration or conversion from legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA. You will also be in charge of the configuration and functions for any of the following areas:

• General Accounting

• Controlling

• Product Costing

• Asset Accounting & Project Systems

• Financial Supply Chain Management

• Treasury & Banking

• Business Planning & Consolidation

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide business and functional support on SAP modules, particularly for conversions from legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA.

• Assess impact and gaps in the current business processes and configuration for the SAP module vs. the equivalent in SAP S/4HANA, and provide alternatives and recommendations on the delta design.

• Provide technology consulting expertise and develop functional and technical specifications for the delta design, and for tools to support the SAP S/4HANA conversion.

• Execute the necessary system configuration to enable the SAP S/4HANA conversion.

• Lead testing and defect resolution in the context of SAP S/4HANA conversions.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree

• 2+ Years of Experience in SAP ERP as a Finance functional consultant

• Ability to demonstrate understanding of end-to-end business process of record to report

• Must demonstrate the dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g. FI, CO, etc.).

• Technology consulting expertise and ability to drive workshops and training sessions

• ECC Practitioners will be given upskilling training to be job-ready for S/4HANA implementations

• Willing to travel for possible onshore requirements

• Open for those applicants who are currently in the Philippines and already have the right to live and work in this country are eligible for this role
• Should not be a job hopper who only works for less than a year per company

PRIMARY SKILLS:

• SAP FI Accounts Payable, SAP FI CO Finance, SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), SAP CO Management Accounting, SAP CO Product Cost Controlling, SAP Portfolio and Project Management, SAP Project System (PS), SAP Vendor Invoice Management

Key Skills:

• Good interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication.

• Able to work under pressure without any supervision, and a good team player.

Must Be Available to Start Immediately.
