SAP SD/MM Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: McKinley, Taguig

Work Setup: Hybrid – Onsite once a week

Shift: Mid Shift

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD/MM Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge business requirements and technical solutions across SAP environments.

This is an exciting opportunity for an SAP professional with strong SD/MM functional expertise, ABAP troubleshooting skills, S/4HANA experience, and full-cycle implementation exposure to play a key role in delivering scalable and business-aligned SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional SAP solutions.
Conduct gap analysis and identify when standard SAP configuration should be complemented by custom development.
Perform end-to-end configuration across SAP SD and MM, including Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Stock Transport Orders (STO).
Manage and optimize customer, vendor, and material master data.
Troubleshoot and debug ABAP code to identify root causes of system issues.
Prepare detailed Functional Specifications (FS), including technical logic and data mapping for developers.
Review technical designs and ensure alignment with functional requirements.
Manage and coordinate RICEF deliverables: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.
Collaborate with developers on BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and other SAP enhancements.
Lead and support Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT activities.
Provide advanced production support for complex issues requiring both functional and technical analysis.
Support end-to-end business processes spanning multiple SAP modules, such as Sales → Shipping → Finance and Procurement → Inventory → Finance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
5–10 years of hands-on SAP experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, particularly across SD and MM.
Proven experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle SAP implementations or large-scale global rollouts, from blueprinting through go-live.
Hands-on experience with S/4HANA migration projects, whether Brownfield or Greenfield.
Strong understanding of the S/4HANA simplified data model.
Experience in industry-specific SAP environments such as Luxury Retail, Manufacturing, or Public Sector.
Experience leading SAP integrations with modules such as SAP FI and/or SAP EWM.
Strong understanding of cross-functional end-to-end business processes.
Solid knowledge of ABAP debugging and technical troubleshooting.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Important Requirements

Candidates must:

Be willing to work onsite once a week in McKinley, Taguig.
Be amenable to a mid-shift schedule.
Demonstrate stable career progression and not have a frequent job-hopping history.
Must not be a current or former employee of CGI.
