Job Title: Senior Developer (0860-0426)

Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid – 3x onsite at ADB HQ)

Day Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Budget: Up to 90K

Start: ASAP

We are hiring a Senior Developer to lead and support system development, enhancements, production issue resolution, and MVP delivery within an Agile Scrum/Kanban team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop technical solutions (applications, APIs, database, integrations)

• Resolve complex production issues and perform L3 support

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes

• Develop hotfixes, patches, and system improvements

• Collaborate with BA, QA, PO, SMEs, and Dev teams

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban)

• Ensure code quality using best practices (unit testing, CI/CD)

• Support automation initiatives using AI/chatbot tools

• Document solutions and maintain knowledge base

Requirements:

• BS IT/Engineering or related field

• 5+ years in system design & development

• Strong experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, .NET Core, C#, REST APIs

• Experience with MSSQL/Oracle

• Agile (Scrum/Kanban) experience required

• Azure DevOps / Cloud / CI-CD is a plus

• Strong English communication skills
