• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any related field

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect with at least 9 years of experience

• Software development with at least 9 years of full stack development experience building projects from ground up

• Extensive experience working on AI projects and Customer Experience (CX) solutions

• Experience writing software that follows software development standards.

• Understanding of strategic IT solutions

• Technical Knowledge on AI application tools or various coding languages, such as React, Angular, Node.js, Java, JavaScript, .NET, C#, Python, SQL, Blue Prism, UI Path, Automation Anywhere, Selenium

• Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows, UNIX) and databases (e.g. SQL, MySQL, MongoDB)

• Familiarity in cloud technologies

• Excellent communication skills

• Problem-solving aptitude

• Knowledgeable in Data Science and Machine Learning

• Organizational and Leadership skills

• ITIL,
