Qualifications:
• 2nd year completed/College Grad
• 3-4 yrs relevant Sr. Group Lead/OM experience in a travel account/Telco in BPO for a voice campaign
• Handled at least 100+ FTEs for a cluster
• Strong client relationship experience
• Must not be a current or former employee of Wipro
• Should be living in Cebu or open to relocating if living outside Cebu
