Overview:

The Senior MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant will lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of Dynamics 365 solutions to enhance financial, supply chain, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead implementation and configuration of MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, etc.).

Conduct requirements gathering, business analysis, and functional design.

Collaborate with Solution Architects to develop specifications and oversee QA and customizations.

Create documentation, training materials, and mentor junior consultants.

Participate in client meetings, ensuring deliverables meet SLA standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT.

5–10 years’ experience in MS Dynamics 365 Finance implementations.

Strong background in business analysis and functional design.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of Power Platform or other MS Dynamics products is a plus.

Must not be a current or former CGI employee; stable work history required.
