Hiring: Senior Teamcenter Developer (Onsite – Cebu City)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Developer to join a high-performing technology team supporting enterprise-level applications. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical expert who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys solving complex business challenges through robust application development.

Work Details

Work Setup: Onsite – Cebu City

Work Schedule: Shifting schedule

Salary Range: PHP 100,000 – 150,000 (estimate; confidential)

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Teamcenter development

Lead and collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality solutions

Make informed technical decisions that impact the team and broader projects

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals

Analyze requirements and design, build, and configure scalable applications

Resolve complex technical issues across multiple teams

Promote knowledge sharing, coding standards, and best practices

Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of features

Support onboarding and technical upskilling of new team members

Required Skills & Experience

Expert-level proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Teamcenter

Strong understanding of application development methodologies

Solid programming skills relevant to enterprise application development

Experience with software testing, debugging, and performance optimization

Working knowledge of database management and data integration

Experience in PLM customization is a strong advantage

Additional Requirements

Must demonstrate career stability (no frequent short-term roles)

Must be a current resident of the Philippines with full work eligibility

Willing and able to work onsite in Cebu City on a shifting schedule
