Job Title: Senior Analytics Data Build and Visualization Developer

Work Location: Ortigas Pasig

Shift: Day shift (8am – 5pm)

Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x reporting on site per week)

Salary range: 100,000

About the Role:

The Analytics Data Build and Visualization Developer will be responsible for delivering the right analytics products, to the right stakeholders, at the right time to add value in executing the right decisions for safeguards management. He/She is expected to design, develop, test and deploy end-to-end analytics products using the Power Platform stack, primarily Power BI. This role involves both data build and visualization from data structures in the ISMS ecosystem. The Analytics Data Build and Visualization Developer is expected to collaborate closely with cross functional teams and the stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into a scalable solution.

Scope of Work/Responsibilities:

1. Act as the prime mover of design, development, testing and deployment of local and master data models for ISMS Analytics. This covers the Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipeline for the data from the ISMS and related ecosystem of applications.

2. Manage and tune query performance to achieve optimal model structure.

3. Create and monitor data quality dashboards. The analytics developer should collaborate with the respective development team and the cross functional business team to address the issues.

4. Design and implement access models. This includes developing dynamic row level security and protocols for seamless update of BI users.

5. Collaborate with cross functional team on developing data sharing policies and integrations.

6. Design, develop, test, and deploy reports, dashboards, metrics, apps, data catalog, monitoring objects, and other workspace objects

7. Design, develop, test, and deploy advanced analytics products (e.g., prescriptive models leading to forecasts, sentiment analysis results, etc.) with reference to the analytics maturity. Model.

8. Collaborate with the Solutions Architect, product owners, and stakeholders in implementing products following good practice on UIUX and principles of design for analytics products.

9. Facilitate demos, User Acceptance Testing, trainings, and hyper care for the deliverables assigned.

Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience)

Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of general professional experience in analytics with focus on data engineering and visualization, of which the last 5 years are related to the use of Microsoft Power BI.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience on an agile delivery project.

Technical Knowledge

• Experience with developing AI components is an advantage.

• Experience with data warehouse methodologies and data lake agnostic of tool is an advantage.

• Strong expertise in data manipulation languages such as SQL, Data Analysis Expression (DAX), Power Query M language.

Soft Skills

• Has excellent communication skills, and strong work ethic.

Tools/Software

• Proficient in the use of ADO.

• Experience on working with enterprise Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or its open-source counterpart is an advantage.

Certification (if applicable)

• Certification on Azure Enterprise Data Analyst Associate and Power BI Data Analyst are desired.

Others:

• Should be amenable to work on a hybrid set up in Mandaluyong

• Must not be a job hopper who only works for less than a year per company
