We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our growing team and drive reliability, observability, and operational excellence across enterprise platforms and applications.

In this role, you will design and implement monitoring standards, improve application performance visibility, reduce operational noise, and help build self-healing capabilities that enhance system resilience. Key Responsibilities

Design and establish enterprise monitoring standards, patterns, and automation opportunities across platforms and applications.
Develop and maintain monitoring reference architectures, runbooks, and event management models (Alert → Event → Incident).
Collaborate with product, platform, cybersecurity, network, and operations teams to implement SLI/SLO-driven operational practices.
Optimize monitoring strategies to reduce alert fatigue, improve incident response times, and increase platform reliability.
Implement and enhance proactive monitoring through Azure Monitor, telemetry, synthetic transactions, and APM tools.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by incorporating postmortem findings into monitoring rules, patterns, and automation pipelines.
Contribute to observability and event management governance, standards, and tooling strategies.
Mentor and coach teams on monitoring best practices through knowledge-sharing sessions and communities of practice.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) with strong expertise in monitoring and Application Performance Management (APM).
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in monitoring and observability, particularly using:
- Azure Monitor
- Azure Application Insights
- Azure Log Analytics (KQL)
- ServiceNow Event Management

Technical Skills

Strong expertise in:
- Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics (KQL)
- Telemetry and APM implementation
- ServiceNow ITOM/Event Management
- Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics, and ThousandEyes
Experience with SLO/SLI frameworks and platforms such as Nobl9.
Knowledge of proactive monitoring, synthetic transactions, and automation.
Understanding of network and security fundamentals including WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, and PKI.
Familiarity with ITSM processes, ServiceNow, and compliance frameworks.
Awareness and understanding of AIOps concepts and practices.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate complex reliability concepts into practical standards and best practices.
Excellent analytical and systems-thinking capabilities.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
