Hiring: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Location: Eton Centris, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 Days Work From Home, 3 Days Return to Office)
Work Shift: Night Shift
Salary: Up to PHP 90,000
Start Date: ASAP

Job Responsibilities:

Design and implement enterprise monitoring standards, patterns, and automation opportunities across platforms and applications.
Build and maintain monitoring solutions using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics (KQL), ServiceNow Event Management, Grafana, and APM/Synthetic monitoring tools.
Partner with product and IT operations teams to implement SLI/SLO-driven monitoring and improve application reliability.
Reduce alert noise, improve incident response, and implement self-healing capabilities.
Develop reference architectures, runbooks, and event management models.
Contribute to monitoring strategy, governance, and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement through postmortem analysis and monitoring optimization.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Application Performance Management.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Monitor, Azure Application Insights, Azure Log Analytics (KQL), and ServiceNow Event Management.
Strong knowledge of Azure telemetry, observability, and APM implementations.
Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics, and ThousandEyes.
Understanding of SLI/SLO concepts and monitoring platforms such as Nobl9.
Knowledge of Azure monitoring services, synthetic transactions, and proactive monitoring.
Understanding of WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, PKI, ITSM processes, and ServiceNow.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Candidates should have stable employment history (not a job hopper).
Present or former Wipro employees are not eligible.
